Creator 2011 Is Slow To Startup

Have Roxio Creator 2011 installed on three Windows 7 Professional PCs. It takes one to two minutes from the time I click the Creator 2011 icon until the splash screen shows. None of these PCs has access to the Internet. I've unchecked everything in the "Preferences" settings that require Internet access. Is there something more that I can do? The users are complaining that Roxio Creator takes too long to startup.
