Installation Code Not Available

Oh digital gurus:

I had to reinstall after a system wipe. I have the disk, but I don't have the original sleeve, nor does the box have the 17 digit code. I have the registration email, but not the purchase email so no code there either.

 

Aparently I have everything necessary BUT the code. I was hoping to spend the long weekend digitizing my in-laws home videos. I'll give a big digital smile in hopes you can help me.
