Photo Editing

Question

Photo editing online

Just released today! Now you can edit your photos when making PhotoShows online. Crop, remove red eye, adjust levels, and autofix photos. It's easy and fun to use, and your PhotoShows will look even more polished.

Go to the Music & Photos tab when making a PhotoShow to access the photo editor. Was this feature discontinued? It does not show up in my version.

PC Windows 8 64bit, premium membership. I did use the desktop version. I did not know the online/desktop were different. I used the online version and tried to edit the red-eye. It did a great job but when I clicked on finish, it timed-out and said "Sorry...". I've tried 3 different times and no luck. It shows it is Beta version, is that correct?

No There should be no BETA Version. Roxio hasn't had one for years. Someone forgot to remove that sign or are using it just in case it doesn't work

I just tried to edit one photo using the on-line version and I'm getting a saving message for the last 5 minutes. It seems to be broke. I'll wait to see if it ever finishes.

This is what I got:

I tried another one with a simple auto fix and got the same thing.

You will have to contact PhotoShow for support. Look at the link that cdanteek posted: http://corel.force.c...Premium_Service

I've tried everything to register the product to get the CD-Key or Serial Number so that I could submit my one-time question before the 14-days expire. I've received 3 email replies but none give the info needed. Maybe one day it will work and I'll be surprised. Guess it will be easier to edit photos before uploading to PhotoShow~~I just need to remember to do it!

Totally exhausted!

Thanks for all your help.

You are welcome. I would suggest that you use any other slide show software (perhaps one in your photo editor) and upload to a sharing site like YouTube or Facebook. You can make them private so only those whom you supply the link can see them.
