Question

I have an issue with the Windows Media Player and I get a sonic error each time I open a video file for windows media player: "An installation package for the product sonic cineplayer decoder pack cannot be found. try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package "CPDP.msi". the video will still run if I cancel the error quickly but it is a pain each time I try to run a video on WMP. I also get another error after the first error which says: "the feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or removable disk that is not available." " Insert the sonic decoder pack disk and click ok" ???? I trying uninstalling the sonic cineplayer decoder pack software from windows uninstall a program and it removed the sonic cineplayer decoder program but when I rebooted and clicked on video which opened in WMP, I got a error with Windows Media Player and the video wouldn't play at all???? Can someone help with this issue?? Thank you.... John
