3 Issues I Need Fixed For My Game Capture Pro.

Hi guys, I recently got my Roxio Came Capture HD Pro installed and now I am facing 3 big issues

 

1.) 99% of the time it comes up with 'No Singal' in ​​Red​​Or ​​Green ​. I have tried fixing this by looking at tutorials but so far have had no luck

 

2.) On the off chance it does work, if i put the quality to ANYTHING higher than the LOWEST setting, the preview screen has a badly distorted bottom half and the top half is extremely laggy

 

3.) If i do press start capture (when i actually can...) it comes up with the 'Roxio Game Capture HD PRO has stopped working'

Item 1., Green "No Signal" means the RGC Device is not recognized - not plugged in corrupt software etc...

 

Red "No Signal" means the RGC Device is being recognized But is not getting any useful signal...

 

Item 2., is a graphics issue with your PC...

 

Item 3. relates to your PC...

 

Without knowing you full PC specs no one is going to try to guess what your solution is

2.) It worked perfectly fine before it was re-imaged....so why would it be doing it now?
