Can Someone Help Fix My Issues

hi i just got a rgc hd pro and i have a weird set up

 

hdmi > rgc >hdmi to vga converter > vga cable to tv

 

my pc specs : there should be a picture of my specs - ( win-8 - i3 2.2ghz - 750hdd - 6gb ram)

 

anyway yesterdy this exact setup was working fine

but today when i turned on my xbox 360 i realised my screen was flashing the screen on and off violentley - when it turned on of a brief 3-4 seconds it had a green tint and when i looked on my roxio software the screen just appeared purple but when i started to record with my roxio i could see on my pc screen fine but my tv was still changing off n on but while recording there was a slight lag but nothing too worring anyways could someone help me with my issues that for any answers in the future

Have no idea really but seems like it could be a problem with your converter.You're going from a digital signal to an analog and a problem could be indicated by an on and off of the signal as digital is really either an on or off state.

Try plugging the HDMI output from your console directly into the converter (by passing the RGC unit) and see if the converter works ok.
