Capture Device Not Recognized?

OK, I took a screencap of my computer specs a while ago for something else, but now I need it again. My Roxio will not display a preview area, nor any settings on the capture screen. When I go to options only the destination file location box and the hotkey box appears, nothing else. Here is the pic of my specs:

 

I am trying to capture Wii U footage, and I need it working by tomorrow as I am going to record Super Mario 3D World when I get it.

Even though I have my Roxio Game Capture device connected to both my Wii U and my computer, nothing comes up when I say "capture." See attached file. I need help by tomorrow, because I plan to be one of the first people to record Super Mario 3D world on its release date, this is urgent please help!
