Need New Product Key/serial Key Please Help

I have purchased and used my roxio for a lil while its great I love it but I recently had to do a system reset on my computer and it set my PC back to factory settings and now when I have to reinstall the software the old product key doesnt work!! How can i get a new key I cant find out how to get help please help guys THANKS

there should be no reason your product key wouldn't work... unless you gave it away to someone else, I've seen people reformat their hard drives multiple times (myself included), and I never once had this problem.

You are using the 17 character key on the back of your disc envelope???

 

What does "doesn't work" actually mean?
