Burn Button Greyed Out - Split From Solved Topic

I have the same issue.

 

Using Roxio MyDVD --> I have 4.7gb dvd in the drive (tried few) PIONEER BD-ROM VDC-TD03 , windows 7 64bit. I ahave Burn o disc checked, it had the drive path but Burn option is greyed out.

 

If I choose create to folder, it works fine but cant' burn dvd

 

Please help

Just not enough information to offer any help. Please tell us exactly what you are trying to do and what you are doing and what is happening.

You don't have the same problem that the original poster had. He had managed to get a used disc mixed into his pile of blanks, and his problem is solved.

-Tell me please, when you are trying to burn a disc and the burn button is greyed out, does your Burn Project dialog say your drive is empty?

 

-Does Roxio Burn, the disc icon at the bottom right of your screen, fail; to recognize that there is a disc in the drive and keep asking you to insert a disc in the drive?
