I recently upgrade my operating system from windows 8 to windows 8.1. Roxio Creator NXT is compatible with Windows 8 but is it compatiblw with Windows 8.1? Since I upgraded, the audio quality of online streaming audio I have downloaded is very poor. The audio sounds like there is background noise and is very garbled.

That is a good question. Some people have reported no issues while others have reported problems with audio and disc burning. This is not limited to Roxio products.
