Just Bought Toast 11 Pro Download. Installed Sonicfire But It Seems I Didn't Get A Serial Number.

Hi everyone,

 

I just bought Toast 11 Pro download version. I installed everything including Sonicfire Pro.

 

My problem is I'm being asked by the program to enter a serial number. The order confirmation email I received included serial numbers for Toast 11 Pro, BD/HD Plug-in, HDR Express and registration, IzoTope BUT NONE for Sonicfire.

 

There is an option to ask for free serial number but when i click it, it brings me to the Smartsound website where it says free serial numbers are no longer available.

 

Would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Thanks, I used my 1 support ticket to contact them and they gave me a CD-Key.
