David from Honolulu
I thought I would load Roxio 9XE (that came bundled with a Mad Dog burner) to a laptop, but now it's asking me for a "username" and "organization." I no longer know what that username and organization would do. Why does Roxio make it so difficult to use its products? Please help me. 0 ogdens
Your XE is a OEM version (made by Roxio for Mad Dog to meet their rquirements). With OEM versions.ALL support comes from the OEM provider (Mad Dog in this case). Contact them about your "username" and "organization." problem. I usually install with just a generic name and no organisation, but just now I left both fields blank and the software installed okay.
