0 JulieB Posted September 23, 2015 Report Share Posted September 23, 2015 Brendon, I started getting this same error message after running 'rbcujan10.exe' to try & fix a different burn error I was getting. (per a Knowledgebase article I found) I've already tried "repairing" Roxio but that didn't work. I had run across the link you posted above but didn't know which of the downloads I should use with NXT2 since this specific version is not listed there. Would NXT be the best match? 0 Brendon Posted September 23, 2015 Report Share Posted September 23, 2015 Hi Julie, For some wonderful reason Roxio use a different registry key for each version, so near enough is not good enough - you have to generate the exact registry key, so 'best match' won't cut it. Are you using standard NXT 2? What operating system? 32 or 64-bit? Can you point me to the KB article with rbcujan10.exe, please? If that was what damaged your registry I might be able to work out how to fix it from examining the exe file. (No guarantees, though) Your best bet in the meantime might be to completely uninstall Creator, tidy your system, and then reinstall Creator.
