Roxio Game Capture Audio Problem

Okay my Roxcio Game capture has been fin with everything till recently like 2 weeks ago it started to make a weird &%$ thumping noise...like theres no game volume just this thumping noise...i checked the audio and its on Roxio line and i try closing the program and restarting it but nothing...i try uninstalling and redownloading it and nothing..i check for updates but nuthing...i checked the cords and there plugged in all the way...so whats the problem...i even pulled out all the cords except the usb...it feels like the Roxio is making the noise...i try everything that was possible...what do i do ;3;
