0 bimicher 132 Report post Posted December 17, 2013 I created a video file and go to export as "same as original" and it renders to 99% and sits there and won't finish. Any thoughts? How long does it "sit there"? How long in time is your video you are rendering? What is the format of your sources? Do you have more then one source video in your project? What is the format of the output? You have supplied very little information to work with
0 autockr989 0 Report post Posted December 17, 2013 The video sits there forever, Video is 15 seconds long. The original video was taken from an iphone and I tried exporing as a mp4 and the same issue. all I did was trimmed a portion to make slow motion clipped out 1.5 seconds of original video. Also added music. Basic stuff, I have done a bunch of other videos in the past, so not sure what the issue is. thanks for the help.

0 bimicher 132 Report post Posted December 21, 2013 (edited) Hi, Any luck on looking at my issue? thanks, It is almost impossible to "look at your issue" without having the source file. Could you possibly upload it to some free website or clod storage from where it could be downloaded. Then some of us may be able to try and duplicate your problem. What happens if you don't add any music? Since the video is only 15 secs it should be failry quick to do all sorts of test to try an pinpoint the problem stage. There is still a lot of information missing on what you are doing. Edited December 21, 2013 by myguggi
0 Jim_Hardin 418 Report post Posted December 22, 2013 Should not be this much trouble for you... I copy a MOV file from my iPhone (4S) to my HDD: Add it to Project and initially (not required) Export it: Then Slow it and Export it: They work fine as you can see here: IF these are the same steps you used then likely you need to run a Repair on your Roxio Install Follow these steps: First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. Now insert your Roxio Disc. Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows) When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that! When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot. See if that gets you back on the right track!
