To whom it may concern, I've purchased the Roxio Easy Vhs to Dvd 3 program and attempted to install it. But when I attempted to input my product key it says that my product wasn't activated, many attempts at installing it but no results . Do anyone know how I can resolve this problem.

I can't install software VHS to DVD 3 Plus from the CD. I am receiving error 'Product Key Could Not be Validated'. I have registered the product. When I attempted to input my product key it says that my product wasn't activated, I have already attempted installing many times it but with no results. Can you help?

Did you get it from Roxio or a store such as Best Buy? At any rate, PM Ralf, above your post.
