Including Video Clips In Photoshow

Meridian

Question

...I have a premium membership and the desktop version which i have not installed yet. From prior topics i understand i can include video clips if i install the desktop version. Is this correct? Also if i install the desktop version is there any conflict in that i already have access to the premium version? Thanks for any comments

Where did you get the desktop version? From your premium membership page?

The best practice that I have used is to make the PhotoShow with the desktop version then upload it to the on-line version. That seems to be more foolproof than making it online.

The desktop version allows for

"

Video clips

Roxio PhotoShow supports video clips in the following formats: AVI, MPEG1, and MOV.

The maximum file size of a video clip which can be included in a PhotoShow is 50 MB.

The on-line version allows for more but I believe that it has the same 50MB limit.

My Photoshow 6 desktop from my Premium Accout page does not seem to like any of these video file types...

MAC or PC? Download and install it again; this time turn off your antivirus.

Are the video sizes less than the allowed ? Max is 50 MB; that is pretty short in any of the formats.
