My question is does anyone know when? I hooked up my HDMI Setup and this is what the recorder says back to me. My Recorder : http://gyazo.com/1add220dee01b690013a0651fc59c9ab On the HD Recorder it lights up on HDMI (I'm using 2 HDMI Cables) Just posting my results and a Questions
AMENINCE777
I haven't heard that HDCP is going away, just that capture cards are going to be compatible with the system. If it's anything like the PS3, you'll have to use component cables or use splitters or whatever other people use to bypass the HDCP. I use component from the PS3 to the game cap, and HDMI from the game cap to the tv. HDCP, as you might now, only occurs on HDMI out i.e. HDMI from PS3 to the game cap. Hopefully I'm wrong and they allow for HDCP bypass, if not then look into getting component cables or splitters.
