When I Click On Edit, Nothing Happens - Split

Luís Leite

Question

Hi all,

I just bought my Roxio GameCapture HD PRO.

I installed the software provided on the CD.

I applied the update from Roxio Game Capture HD PRO - Service Pack 1.1 successfully.

I did my 1st capture successfully.

When I click to edit the newly captured video nothing happens.

What is wrong ?

My setup is a notebook MSI GT-660 Gamer Edition

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
