bimicher
Just installed Easy VHS to +DVD3 plus. is it possible to capture to a USB drive instead of a DVD? Why not simply capture to your hard drive? Why to a USB? Capturing to a DVD creates a video DVD playable on a DVD player. Capturing to a USB (or hard drive) is a completely different task of the program. If you want to do any editing then you have to capture to your hard drive or USB
Jim_Hardin
It IS possible, HOWEVER you will find the vast majority of USB drives come formated as FAT32. That means they will have trouble with file sizes... FAT32 is limited to 4GB files and if you are capturing it will stop after about 1 hour... But there can be other factors as well. Depending on your PC and its' workload the massive flow of data to the PC and thence to the USB drive may not be able to keep up This is why Walt is asking why you don't capture to your HDD first then copy/move the files later
