Hello I Am Back With Problems With Live Streaming...

Today I was messing around with Streaming programs called OBS, xSplit, and the Roxio Software.

 

Seems like the staff or whatever need to start working and do that Update with the Twitch.tv Streaming to work. This is one of the main reasons why I bought a Roxio HD Pro because it said in the compares of the two Roxios' that it had a Live Stream option.

 

You guys need to do something a lot of my friends and even this Forums people are having problems with the Option to stream. People are paying money to buy this it shouldn't have any bugs, glitches, or connection server issues. I don't exactly know what is the issue but you guys need to fix the problem.

 

I mean I have tried every option and any setting doesn't work I messed with the Gamma brightness all kinds of stuff. I don't like to complain but I did pay money for this so I am asking nicely please fix it.

Were just fellow users on here, just like you, and have no "inside knowledge" if Roxio is looking into this problem.

 

Roxio very,very,very, rarely comes on here, so if you want to voice your concerns, you had better contact them.

 

Click on the Support tab at the top of this page, try calling the phone number at the top right, if that fails e-mail them.

I feel your pain as im sure a lot of people do right now. I just recieved my HD Pro yesterday and was very excited about being able to stream my PS3 gameplay.

 

Ok.........so the stream directly to twitch thing completely doesn't work at all. Not like thats the only reason I bought this or anything. So I try just using a screen region capture in OBS in order to get my live stream up.........and for some reason that doesnt work either, it just gives me a blank screen.

 

Turns out all I did was purchase a $120 dollar paperweight.

My guess is that it isn't going to happen right away. It might be a good time to hit the books again.
