I have a digital video with sound and a mp3 recording of our church Cantata that I would like to burn to a DVD+R as separate files. Can I do that? If so, can you advise me the easiest way to do it?

I am using Creator NXT2

Thank you

Do you want to simply burn to a DVD as data files or do you want to create a video DVD with the mp3 as an "extra" on the disc?

Yes, create a video DVD as one file to viewed. And yes, the mp3, as an audio file that can be listened to either on the DVD via a surround or audio system, or able to be played on a CD player. Am I dreaming?

I like Digital Guru's suggestion too for the mp3 file. Don't know how many chronically enriched people will have a stereo system hooked up to their TV. Then again how many of them will have stereo system. Perhaps a "average" CD player.

Thank you for your input.....MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY HOLIDAYS>

Facts of Life...

No DVD can Play on a CD Player...

A CD can be played on most DVD Players...

Here is an example of a quick and dirty version of what I was thinking of with an Authored DVD:

Added Movie and Creating a Slideshow:

Added Pics and selecting Audio:

Finished and I renamed it 'Pics & Music':

Ready to burn and will be usable to most folks with a DVD Player or Computer ;)

Digital Guru,

Thank you for your suggestion. I will give it some thought. You are correct, DVD will not play on a CD player. I was wanting to use a DVD to put both files on it because of its capacity. I forgot that it as a CD that will play on a DVD play.

Thank you again and Happy Holidays!
