Roxio Can't Be Reinstalled Again

I was using my roxio as usual and the settings weren't how I wanted it so I tought I uninstall it and re-install it and it will go to factory settings and I can start over to make the settings how I'd like them. Well when I put in the disk to my computer my computer couldn't find the disk and it finds other disks. And I'm looking for someone who can send me the software? Or show me how I can solve this problem. I'm desperate and I need it fast please !

With the Disc in the drive, open My Computer icon on your Desktop, do you see this

No I don't, I tried some other disks and it doesn't work aswell. F*ck! Do you have any advises? :s

From what you indicate, your drive is shot and nothing is going to change that!

 

You only other option would be to get to another PC and copy the contents to a thumb drive or other portable USB device. Then install from that device.
