Tv Isnt Receiving Signal

Alright, so I haven't used my capture card in ages, now when I finally have it set up again my TV isn't receiving any signal ?

I've the cable form the PS3 to the Input of the capture card ( Colors are rights of course... ) And output to my TV, What is wrong?

Edit :I've come to the conclusion that the cables provided by Roxio are broken( When i put the cables directly from my PS3 to the TV (tried on 2 TV's) there is still no signal), i've only used them a few times and i had them put away safely while they weren't in use...

Yea it is

That cable was NOT supplied by Roxio. The Roxio component cable that came in the package has the RCA connections at each end.
