Capture Resolution Problems

Hi there,

 

I had a quick question about the resolution of my gameplay footage. Initially, I was getting clips that were 1280 x 720 or higher, but now, the best I can get from my Roxio is 720 x 480. I didn't mess around with any of the settings, this just did it on its own as far as I can tell. Anyone have a similar problem or even better, a solution? Thanks a million.

Roxio will never capture at a quality that is higher than what it receives...

 

So the problem is BEFORE it gets to the RGC
