I've had my product for some time now and the VHS to DVD has basically worked well for me. I also got the bonus hook-up for LP and Cassette transfer to CD. I've put off even trying this but am now all hooked up but I didn't get a disc for software and I don't find anything in the other software that addresses this process. Can anyone help me? I don't want to pay $25 to ask a support person where the heck the disc is.

I don't understand your question. You say you have used the product for some time so why do you need a software disc? What disc are you looking for? Did you lose the VHS2DVD disc?

Not sure what the 'Bonus Hook-up' would be, but you should have all you need with the standard EVD 3 and Plus package

 

If you look in your Menu don't you have Sound Editor?

 

 

Hook up your device:

 

Choose Record Audio and Pick the Roxio USB Device:

 

Record Each Track (separately is best):

 

Add in all the Tracks and Burn an Audio CD:

 

That should keep you busy for a while
