Toast 11 - There Is Not Enough Space On The Disc

Hi all,

 

Working on Mavericks 10.9. For the last week Ive had error messages saying there is not enough space on the disc when completing the burning, even though the bar and information shows theres plenty of space on the dvd. . Ive updated toast software. Its been fine since may so i can't understand why this has just happened.

 

Ive also had the countdown freeze on 6:16 and not go any further. Any ideas and solutions? Ive used the disc image way round but can't understand why it would start playing up now.

I don't know. Sometimes Toasts preferences files get corrupted which results in Toast miscalculating the space available on a disc. Go to your User>Library>Preferences folder and trash the Toast plist and prefs files and relaunch Toast to see if that helps. Hold down the Option key when clicking on the Go menu in the Finder to access your User Library.
