What Is Wrong With My Installation?

A little more than halfway threw the installation process and it pulls up with the following:

 

"Roxio Game Capture HD PRO setup was interrupted. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again."

 

Can anybody help me solve this problem. Another thing is, when I click finish when that pulls up, it creates a folder on my desktop called "Installation Log Files".

 

For anyone still wondering, I have the Roxio Game Capture HD PRO and i use it for and xbox 360.

 

If you could help me solve this problem, that would be greatly appreciated.
