Hdmi Input Port Doesnt Work Anymore



My HDMI input port doesnt work anymore. At first I could record things like Xbox 360, WII U and even with protected signal I even could get a screen from my PS3. butt now if I want to record something it only works with the component cable

Is my HDMI input broken or is there something wrong with the software?

Red No Signal means just what it says!


Nothing is reaching the RGC Device :o


TRY both HDMI ports on the Device (input and output), it isn't fussy ^_^


TRY a completely different HDMI source, DVD or BD Player.


TRY Component if you have a source available to you.


And you might as well try a proper repair:


First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.


Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.


Now insert your Roxio Disc.


Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)


When you reach the screen where
is offered, choose that!


When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
