Martin J Posted January 1, 2014 Report Share Posted January 1, 2014 The video seems to capture but when trying to record to the computer, it provides an error message: "an unknown error has occurred. The application will shut down now. Exception: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.". The program then shuts down. I can re-open and see the captured video. Jim_Hardin Posted January 2, 2014 Report Share Posted January 2, 2014 I would try a repair first using these steps: First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. Unplug your Roxio Capture Device and put it aside until you are completely finished. Now insert your Roxio Disc. Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows) When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that!
