Roxio Game Capture Hd Pro - No Signal Ps3

Question

Hello

I purchased Roxio Game Capture HD Pro a month ago. I almost never had problems, it was fine and recorded, every so happened that during the recording suddenly came off and said "no signal", but it rarely happened.

Since yesterday instead always says "No Signal" and I can pretty much do anything.

If I go on options crashes the program.

I tried to do everything, to restore, to restore the display of the Playstation 3 but nothing.

Still no signal, I thought the usb cable connected to the PC is damaged, I changed spending € 6 but it keeps saying no signal.

Here is what you see: http://i.imgur.com/Iqifhev.png

That's what happens when I go on the options: http://i.imgur.com/6g41VY6.png

I really do not know what to do, I do not know what's wrong, I've tried everything, I'm really desperate. I spent € 110, at the beginning I had been satisfied with the quality, but now I was very disappointed, seeing that it is not just my problem!

First step is to do a proper repair to see if that will get you back to where you were ;)

Please follow these steps:

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

A more extensive process goes like this:

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Download and install the
Uninstaller. Then run it in
Moderate Mode
to remove any traces of Roxio.

Create a New User Account with Administrator Privileges.

Turn OFF any A/V & Firewall.

Reboot and log on to that new account.

Copy your entire disc to a new folder on your HDD.

In that new folder, right click on Setup.exe and select Properties.

Under the Compatibility tab, make sure
nothing
is checked!

Right click Setup.exe and select Open.

Allow it to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio not Windows)

Use the Default Locations!

Yes, I had already done this during the afternoon, but nothing completely!

it was a sudden thing then, until yesterday I could record and play quietly, since yesterday there is this problem.

I also tried to go to "services" and put on automatic "RoxMediaDBGames1x", but nothing!

Among other things, here is the information of the crash
