When I Capture The Gameplay, My Tv Audio Is Very Bad.

I got a Roxio Game Capture HD Pro a little earlier and when i plug it in and play games, the audio on my TV and turtle beaches are very bad. there is static n the background and it seems as if the audio is very turned down i guess you could say. If i was playing a game and took my input cable from my roxio and unplugged it and put it directly into the TV, the quality is perfect. when i record game plays the audio is perfect, just not on the TV. Any help guys? I didn't really know where to post this by the way.

Try it without the Turtle Beaches hooked up. Remove whatever you have got connected to make the headset work. Go directly from the RGC output to your TV.

I have removed it and it is still the same. i am using hdmi if that helps.
