Can't Contact Support For Drivers....



I never thought such a simple task, would become a nightmare.


I purchased my Roxio about 2 years ago, and I haven't used it since. I've moved a lot since I last used it, and I'm pretty sure I have lost the disc for it, leaving the hardware useless. I tried contacting support, but wait, you can't contact them unless you have a "support code"...


I have the code registered on my account, shouldn't that be enough to allow me to download the software and drivers for this thing? If not, I'll take a picture of me holding the #$^@ thing!


I REALLY ​ do not want to buy a "Back up" cd, I shouldn't have to...


Please, anyone, help me out here, I don't want search the internet looking for the drivers and software and potentially get a virus. Just a big problem, that doesn't need to exist.
