0 sknis
Please provide this information (link). Follow the instructions exactly. Where did you get the movies? Is it possible that they are copyright protected? What format are they? Your CPU may just be too underpowered for the task (see this)
0 Jim_Hardin
You might want to try a Proper Repair on your current install... First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. Now insert your Roxio Disc. When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that! When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot. See what that does for you and let us know

0 bimicher
I have done what you suggest and its still freezes up when I add a movie. Please post some information on about your project, how you are creating it, your source files, etc? It would help if you answered al of the questions that are asked. Where did you get the movies and in what format are they. In your first post you state you have 15 files totalling 70Mb. That does not seem right. What is the total time for all files?
0 looser
These files are converted files from a Sony camcorder. They are converted to avi files. Some are 2 min and some go as long as five min. they are stitched into a movie. I have made DVDs with these files and no problem. When I get in Blu-ray mode the software freezes when I load these files. My main question still is does Roxio 2012 Pro support blu-ray or do you need an update? PS I am sorry I posted ans in the wrong place. Hope this is he way to go John
0 Jim_Hardin
If MyDVD offers you a BD Project, then it is "supported" for sure Go back and do the Repair I posted in Post #4 ~ sometimes it takes up to 3 attempts to work! After that, you may want to put them together in VideoWave (Edit Video - Advanced) and output them as a BD Quality or Same As file before trying them in MyDVD. Sometimes the extra render is just what it needs to get them to go through
