So I've reinstalled, repaired, and tried a million different things in order to try to get this to work, but every time I try to access the software, before I even see the interface I am presented with a Windows pop-up saying "Roxio GameCapturePad has stopped working." I am just looking for suggestions as I have tried many common solutions.
