I have purchased a VHS to DVD program. I am having trouble with the capture device not being recognized by the program... It is recognized under devices and printer on the computer. We have tried to uninstall and re-install the program. We have purchased a new device thinking it was bad. The program will open up and then it tells us that we have no signal. We have tried to call and get tech support but not luck with that we were told to sent a request which we have done and have a case number but haven't heard from them. I got an email today saying that we only have 5 days left until our tech support is expired. I am frustrated and just need some help. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
