Won't Finish - Split!

Question

I have the same issue except now, when the record button is activated the inset screen freezes. I deleted the program and re installed the program twice.

Everything goes as planned until the VHS stops and the "finishing" mode begins. It continues indefinitely. The VSH is only 20 min. long. the DVD never spins. Tried more than one disc

Far Better to start a New Topic than butt into someone else's ;)

Let's start by doing a fairly extensive Repair:

Unplug your Roxio Capture USB Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Download and install the
Uninstaller. Then run it in
Moderate Mode
to remove any traces of Roxio.

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When the Install competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Most of us recommend first capturing to your hard drive and then burning to DVD. This separates the capture/render process from the burning process
