What is "donwside HDMI" and "Upside HDMI"? "hdmi from my pc (GPU)" to what? Your description is confusing at best

I would think you need 2 computers to do what you are trying to do. The capture device i mainly meant to capture game play from a "external console" not from a PC. Roxio used to sell a capture program to capture the gameplay on a PC - no capture device required.

Still, your English is far better than my Norwegian

You do not have any gamebox connected?

You are using your PC to both Play the game and do the Capture?

This setup has proven to be a bit tricky to get it to work!

First your RGC Capture Program must be running on Monitor 1 to work right...

So you need to run your game on Monitor 2 and the HDMI output from your VideoCard will go to the RGC Device.

Then an HDMI from the RGC back to Monitor 2.

Of course a USB from the RGC Device back to your PC.

That should do it but keep in mind it can give you fits sometimes until you get the right setup. Also the RGC Device does use HDCP coding which your Monitor 2 must accept ;)

Sorry,

by Down and up i mean:

Down: Input (downside of the RGC )

Up: output (upside of the RGC)

So From my pc a hdmi cable is going to the input of the RGC

and from the output there is a hdmi cable to a dvi connector and plugedin in my monitor.

Plugged into which monitor? What about the USB connection?

To me, "Downside of the RGC" is output from the RGC while "Upside of the RGC" is the input to the RGC.
