I just got the Roxio Game Capture device. I have everything hooked up the way it should be.
When I turn on my TV, it keeps blinking black and the info black appears off and on.
Another strange thing is that when I plug in my lap top to charge (Toshiba Satellite w/ Windows 8.1) the TV says no signal. But as soon as I unplug it from the outlet, the TV goes back to flashing. This is really confusing me.
The recordings and preview come out fine whether or not my laptop is plugged in.
