Roxio Setup

I have recently bought a roxio HD Pro and when I connect the HDMI cables as it shows on the video. I get no signal, ive checked if both the HDMI cables worked from bipassing the roxio and they work great its just when I connect it through the HD Pro - no luck.

Someone help please?

What Color is the 'No Signal'?

Sorry I took long to reply. I have opened up the software and the 'no signal' is red. Also I don't get any picture on my screen when its connected just a blue screen.

The Red 'No Signal' indicates that the RGC Device is not receiving a valid signal...

 

You have not described how you are set up, connected, etc...

 

Also you need to connect to a completely different source, like a BD or DVD Player to see what happens with that

Ive been reading through other forums and I solved the problem and everything was working great but now only the screen comes onto the laptop screen on the software but not on the tv.

TV? likely an HDCP issue.

 

Any other way to hook besides HDMI?

I changed teles and now it works perfectly thank you for your help
