Jim_Hardin
...and??? Got any PC Specs to go with that? Have you run a proper repair? First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished. Now insert your Roxio Disc. Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows) When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that! When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

List you system specs. "all the qualifications to run this" means nothing. If it worked one day and not the next then something changed on your computer, perhaps some automatic updates etc.

Jim_Hardin
Thanks for File! PC looks good at a glance, but I am not that good at wading through all that info It comes down to this - if a program crashes it is because it is corrupt or there is something in the PC that is corrupt! No Magic, No Demons, No real Mysteries, it is really that simple Your PC is capable PROVIDED you have not tinkered with it! No Overclocking or any other enhancements of either your CPU or GPU Another killer is an overzealous Registry Cleaner (these don't really serve any purpose anyway). Turn it Off or set to ignore Roxio. Repeat the Repair Process that I outlined, it can take 2 or even 3 attempts.

Jim_Hardin
idk how to turn off registry If you have a Reg Cleaner - Uninstall it! Or if it is part of an Anti Virus Suite, turn it OFF.
