please help

I made some videos and clicked download... it said it would take a couple of hours and they would send an email when it was ready... that was over 24 hours ago and I heard nothing.... why?

It would realyy help if your were to tell us what program you are using.

I have a feeling that you are talking about Roxio's PhotoShow?

If yes then you might as well forget about ever getting an e-mail or be able to download anything. That feature has been broken for years and Roxio is not responding to any help requests nor are they inclined to correct the problem.

If you have the premium membership, get the free desktop version from you membership page. Install it and sign in. Download the PhotoShow(s) to your desktop. From there you can edit them and output them to various formats and burn them to discs (if you want).

In the future, make the PhotoShows on the desktop version. (assuming that you have a PC and not a MAC) and upload them from there is you wish.

Need more help?

If you get an answer from Roxio/Corel, let us know. We haven't gotten a straight answer. You can always cancel you premium membership based on those grounds and still use th desktop version. You just can upload them to the web site but you could upload them to YouTube or other.
