I am trying to burn a LightScribe DVD using Roxio 2010, the Label Creator. I have LightScribe DVDs, have updated the drivers (although the newest I could find looked like they may have been 2008 drivers), turned the DVD upside down, and burned a label of text using the LightScribe program (hence, I know the burner works). But I wanted something more than text so I have tried repeatedly with the Label Creator. I set up the DVD the way I want it to print and everything looks good until I go to print. (I have selected the DVD [E - hp DVDRAM GT20L DC05190] The preview is blank except it has some kind of deformed garble in the general location of the image, but neither the title or data is visible). I click OK to let it burn the disk and it shows the progress bars moving across for several minutes, pops the DVD outs, says the operation was a success but the DVD is untouched. Any ideas? Thank you.
