Can Not Get The Full Roxio Display On My Monitor Unable To Burn

I have Easy CD and DVD Burning and Windows 8.1. I can not see the bottom third of the Roxio display on my monitor. Hence I can't use the burn button. I have tried the "size" and "move" options with no help. I tried changing the screen resolution in Windows. HELP!

Hi,

 

Go to Control Panel > Display > Change the size of all items, and then click the radio button to set your display to "Smaller (100%) default."

The reason is that most of the Roxio U.I. display is a picture file that's sized to fit a standard screen. When you set your item size above 100% [or 96 d.p.i. in other Operating Systems] the Roxio picture gets too big for your screen.
