Cant Import Videos To Create Dvds ("requires Quicktime 7.04")

Would greatly appreciate any advice. I just purchased the software, on Windows 8.1.

 

Every time I try to add video, I get the following error: "One or more of the files you are trying to add require Quicktime 7.04 or higher, and have not been added".

 

I have the most recent version of QT on my computer, and can play the movies on QT.

Have you just tried to reinstall Quicktime (even if it is already there? The program apparently isn't picking up the Quicktime codecs.
