No Input?

ok so i installed everything correctly and the consol settings are right on my xbox and i cun run the video threw my the game capture device to the tv and it works but when i open the program it says their is no input. the wire is plugged in right and not broken (tested it) but it still says their is no input and wont let me click the option bar.. can someone please help me

*Check if the device is installed properly, Click start and on the searchbox, type "Device Manager" and press Enter

*On Device Manager, search and click Sound, Video and game controllers and search for Game Capture HD Pro

*Right click on HD Pro and click properties. Check if the device is working properly
