Problems Finding Saved Slideshow Projects

New2it

Question

I created a slideshow with photos and music. I "saved" project. (it saved as "psdd" - not "rox".

I cannot find the project in "My Roxio Project"folder - My Pictures folders, My Video Folders, OR My Slideshow folders.

What can I do to retrieve the project?

Hello,

I've been searching through my NXT 2 installation for a couple of hours now, and I can't find any application which uses a *.psdd file format. Neither can I find that format listed in any of my useful Internet sources. Please try it again with a small slideshow, and then tell me what file format the saved project takes.

While you're at it, please tell me which program in the suite you're using to make the slideshow. When you go to save the test slideshow the program should ask you for a name and location to put the saved file. What is the default filename/location for your test slideshow project save?

Here's the sort of dialog box you'll get for the Roxio Slideshow Assistant, as an example of what I'm asking about.

This is what I found when searching for that file extension. I did have to 'force' google to give me results for psdd as it wanted to only search for psd3

I guess we can agree that psdd or psd is a PhotoShop extension and has nothing to do with Roxio. :)

So we have to wait for the OP to come back and give some more information..
