I have had one successful DVD Copy from a Sony disk (Linux Ubuntu Disk) from the Blu-Ray Drive to the Blu-Ray drive. I have Quicktime, Media Player and Internet Explorer (latest versions) installed.
Computer Specs: eVGAS 780i with quad core X9650 (overclocked to 3.6 GHz), nVidia GTX 760, 4GB Ram, 750 GB Samsung EVO 840 boot HDD, Seagate ST31500341AS 1.5TB data HDD and Windows 7 Home Premium.
Roxio typically takes control of the drives and even after the crash and forced program closure, the drives cannot be ejected without reloading Roxio and using the desktop icons.
I expected bugs to be worked out of a program that's been around as long as Roxio. I am at a loss to explain why the software rejects a simple disc copy command.

When trying to copy a DVD recording (Samsung DVR), Roxio crashes with, "This Program has Stopped Responding"
I updated Roxio NXT 2 when received to Ver. 15.0.5.; 5.0.0.0. / Build 150B05C, R03; 800B00B, R03.
I am using two drives (LG Blu-Ray Burner BH08LS20 and Lite-on DH-20A4H). Both with latest firmware and Memorex 16X DVD-R disks.
Event Viewer reveals,

Any thoughts how to troubleshoot this problem?
