New Product Code Or Run Product On 2 Devices

Hi both of my sons have hd pro game capture, unfortunately one of them has thrown away the product code and has refreshed his laptop, uninstalling his disc. I don't know if he registered it and he cant remember either. I have tried signing in with his email address but again he cant remember his password to that so cant see if a link has been sent. my other son hasn't opened his one yet so I was wondering if I could use his product code for both devices??? If not and I need a new product code can I get one if I can prove purchase from Amazon. Both of these were Christmas presents so haven't been bought long. Please help!

Scroll to the top of this page and click on the RED Roxio logo, when the page opens select the My Account tab at the top and follow directions .

 

If it was registered, you will see the CD key #.

Hi No that doesn't work as I set this account up so I could talk to the community and resolve our problem. This isn't the account that was set up with the product originally.

While I am waiting for Rox Ralf to respond has anyone lost their code and had another given to them or is it possible to run 2 devices with one code, if it is i'm happy to do that.

The CD Key has absolutely nothing to do with the hardware, it is only there for the software install
