Videowave Is Crashing

Videowave is crashing in conjunction with MyDVD & when trying to import a video into Videowave. The OS is Windows 8.1 Pro & Roxio NXT Pro 2 have been uninstalled/reinstalled twice under the Administrator Account of the computer with all antivirus tools disabled. Video Card is Nvidia Quadro 600 & the latest drivers date 1/8/14 have been installed. Videowave crashed on all user accounts.

Did you ever get this resolved - I have the same problem... People keep saying to go into VideoWave and adjust rendering, but I can't get into VideoWave to adjust anything...

I looks like the original poster hasn't been back since the day after the first post . Since (s)he never came back, we don;t know that the problem or solution was.
